My story

When I started 4 years ago, I struggled with overwhelm and inefficiency - until my team lead/rainmaker provided me with a vision and the freedom to explore. I examined activities, introduced standards and expectations, crafted systems to reduce inefficiencies, and recommended automation and productivity tools to do more with less. Now, I help Real Estate professionals simplify their workflows, leverage technology, and accomplish more - without the chaos!

I engage in daily discussions on leveraging, determining the first position to hire, and identifying where to begin. My passion is overcoming implementation paralysis. This journey inspired me to establish the Supporting Productivity community. Through masterminds, workshops, or one-on-one consultations, my aim is to help YOU thrive.

In the Spring of 2024, I broadened my horizons by attending my first real estate conference. I made an impulsive decision that completely changed the trajectory of my year. I purchased a last-minute ticket to a small conference and embarked on a 16-hour roundtrip road trip to immerse myself in a group focused on positivity, sharing success, and empowering those around you. Blaring my polyjamorous playlist while driving across Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana, gave me time to curate how I wanted to add my voice and support in building success stories. One hundred days later, the Supporting Productivity Mastermind was launched, and I offered 60 minutes of free insight and collaboration to 43 of my colleagues.

Jessica brings a unique blend of analytical expertise, operational efficiency, and leadership to her role as Director of Operations for The Peña Team. A Houston native, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and began her career in highway design. As a licensed Professional Engineer, she developed expertise in workflow optimization, budgeting, and executing complex projects—skills that now drive her success in real estate.

Since 2021, Jessica has specialized in Real Estate Team Operations, focusing on critical thinking, problem-solving, and pattern recognition to build efficient workflows. She plays a key role in pipeline management and consistent client communication, ensuring repeated Millionaire Real Estate Agent designation for the team. Jessica is also passionate about mentorship and education, leveraging her unique perspective as operational support to guide colleagues in mastering efficient business operations and achieving long-term success. Her impact is widely recognized in real estate networking communities, where she actively contributes to industry best practices.

Beyond her professional career, Jessica has dedicated over a decade to leadership in military nonprofit organizations. Most recently, she has built communication channels, websites, scheduling systems, and financial frameworks for Stronghold Food Pantry and Military Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Advocacy platforms - further solidifying her ability to optimize operations for mission-driven organizations.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys life in her small Midwestern town with her Army husband, their three school-age children, and a lively household of dogs and cats. Whether managing school drop-offs, extracurriculars, or weekend adventures, she remains dedicated to service. Her mission is simple: to create a smooth, stress-free real estate experience built on exceptional service and care.
